Therapy from the convenience of your own home or office. Teletherapy has been found to provide the same benefits as in office care. It’s a safe, convenient way to get mental health treatment. There’s no need to drive to a doctor’s office, arrange for child care or take a long period of time off from work. Teletherapy has been found to fit better into busy schedules.
Teletherapy involves finding a quiet place in your home or car, so that you can talk in private. I have worked with a number of patients using the phone or internet and know it is an effective means of providing treatment. It’s as simple as connecting to the link I provide through a HIPPA compliant portal. There’s no need to download any special software. You just connect to the link to access our video session.
