During these trying times, many of you may feel alone, anxious, worried about the future which could create increased conflict with loved ones. In order to continue to provide help and support, I am conducting all my sessions, via Skype or FaceTime or phone, until there is a better handle on the trajectory of the Covid 19 (Coronavirus). This ensures that you can get the support you need during these uncertain times while minimizing the transmission of the disease.
Teletherapy involves finding a quiet place in your home or car, so that you can talk in private. I have worked with a number of patients using the phone or internet and know it is an effective means of providing treatment during this time and ensuring we all stay healthy. This is covered by your insurance. I am currently accepting new patients with both Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Thank you, be smart and stay safe.
